1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by SOLNORIA LLC ("SOLNORIA," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
SOLNORIA provides AI-powered services for e-commerce businesses, including but not limited to:
- AI Chatbot solutions (SOLNORIA Chat)
- AI Image and Content Generation (SOLNORIA Create)
- AI Digital Marketing Automation (SOLNORIA Market)
- AI Advertising Management (SOLNORIA Ads)
- AI Voice Agent services (SOLNORIA Voice)
Services are provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
All fees are quoted in US dollars. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. One-time setup fees are charged at the time of service activation. Payments are processed through our authorized payment processors.
Late payments may result in service suspension after 7 days of the due date. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts are required. Upon cancellation:
- Services remain active until the end of the current billing period
- One-time setup fees are non-refundable
- We will assist with data export upon request
- Monthly subscription fees are not prorated for partial months
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to violate any regulations, or to infringe upon the rights of others. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Sending spam or unsolicited communications through our AI tools
- Generating deceptive or fraudulent content
- Attempting to reverse-engineer our AI systems
- Reselling our services without written authorization
7. Intellectual Property
All AI models, software, algorithms, and proprietary technology used in our services remain the exclusive property of SOLNORIA LLC. Content generated for your business using our tools is owned by you, subject to the underlying AI platform terms.
8. Data Protection
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you provide to us. We use your data solely to deliver and improve our services.
9. Service Level Agreement
SOLNORIA targets 99.9% uptime for all services. In the event of unplanned downtime exceeding 4 hours in any calendar month, affected clients may request a pro-rated service credit for the downtime period.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOLNORIA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOLNORIA LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
